Success, journey or destination?

Team Aztec has set off on its journey and is competing in the 125cc GP class at the British Superbike events. The series attracts the cream of racers from home and abroad.

Today, in excess of 300,000 attend 12 events hosted at the UK’s premier motorsport venues.

The 2009 challenge

The British 125cc championship is dominated almost exclusively by one manufacturer.

The key challenge for Team Aztec is to develop its own competitive machine which is unconstrained and set new standards in the class.

The approach

What makes us special? Team Aztec have recognised an opportunity to take a lead. As previously stated, the British 125cc class is dominated by one or two manufacturers.

The Team Aztec machine is bristling with innovative design. This includes, cutting edge electronics, advanced materials and class leading engineering.

The fact that Team Aztec designs, manufactures and races their own machine, is only part of the story.

The personnel involved have consistently delivered race winning projects on two and four wheels.

The task

As previously stated the Team Aztec project is underway and for 2009 we introduce our new chassis and associated components.

Our next objective is to become a regular top 6 finisher in BSB . This is in preparation for 2010 and the introduction of additional innovative technology.

Then who knows, a step up to the GP arena…….. The final destination.
