Time to reflect..............

No sooner had the debrief with the team finished, Danny Kent took some time out to reflect on the mixed weekend at Silverstone.

”Friday was a great start, the bike was really strong at Croft and we wanted to carry on from there, not with the crash obviously”. “We made some changes for session two and that’s where the “Gremlins” crept in”. The boys worked hard to rectify the problem only to suffer a different cooling issue which needed a new radiator in Q1.

“We have suffered as a result of lost track time” added Danny, “which prevented us putting the bike where it should have been from a set up point of view. The race was really enjoyable, its good to be banging elbows again, plus one or two other bits”.

On the next round Danny said, “I really believe that both me and the bike are capable of a podium at the last round at Oulton Park, we have shown glimpses of what we can achieve and we are all looking forward to it”

Finally he added, "Most importantly, on a personal note, I would once again like to thank Brian McKenna, Roger Burnett and Julian at Mini Moto Racing for their very generous financial support.
