Volcanic fall out hits Kent……

Sadly for Aztec GP and race fans alike, Danny Kent failed to return to the UK from his RedBull Rookie test in Spain earlier last week.

Weather conditions meant that Danny and his family were caught up in the chaos caused by the “Eruption” in Iceland. Desperate attempts to get back to Thruxton, were all to no avail as flights, trains and ferries were all grounded.

This was a sad way to end a great weeks testing with the “Rookies”. A week in which Danny showed the way home to the rest of the young guns, consistently setting fastest times.

We wish Danny and the family all the best as they sit it out and look forward to a speedy return to racing here in the UK.
